Notice what happens to you when the situation changes.
Recognise what you’re choosing and what has simply become automatic.
Stay available to yourself while you’re with other people and situations.
.

I’m the founder of Voice Movement Immersion. For over 30 years, I’ve worked with and studied hundreds of thousands of voices as a singer, coach and voice movement therapist across performance, education, organisations and communities around the world.
What that work has shown me is that your voice is much more than what you say.
It lives in how you breathe, move, respond, take up space, express yourself and how much of you remains available when the situation changes.
We can become so used to holding back, fitting in, staying quiet, keeping calm or becoming what a situation needs that eventually it can start to feel like who we are.
But familiar doesn't always mean chosen.
When you begin to notice what's happening, you create more choice in how you move, respond, express yourself and show up.
That's what the Voice Discovery is here to help you begin to see.
